Set includes five realistic movable-mouth puppets: a Caucasian Male Doctor; an African-American Male Doctor; a Caucasian Female Doctor; a Caucasian Female Nurse; and anAfrican-American Female Nurse.

The puppets come fully costumed, including shoes and accomodate both child and adult-size hands. Hand goes in through bottom and up into head to work mouth. Two fingers may be used to move the arms.
